Problem the product solves

Creating a garden is a significant investment, and garden owners expect the landscaping company not only to create the garden but also to provide ongoing maintenance. It is at this stage that landscaping companies face the greatest challenges: gardening teams are spread across dozens of locations, tasks are assigned manually, and reports are written only after the teams return to the office.

It is impossible to scale the service department without a clear digital system. But such tools for garden care do not yet exist — either they are too complex or not adapted for fieldwork.

SadiControl is a CRM system with a built-in AI assistant for automating document flow, providing real-time synchronization for the entire team.

The target consumer segment is landscaping companies.

SadiControl is a tool that establishes an effective interaction model between the office and field gardening teams.

At the core of the system is a two-way management logic:

Target audience

Our target consumer is the owner or manager of a landscaping company who creates gardens and takes responsibility for their ongoing maintenance. These are people who do not want to deny clients service after landscaping, but face difficulties in organizing the process.

The company may service anywhere from one to a hundred gardens. The team consists of one or more gardening crews who perform work at various sites daily. The owner or manager/supervisor coordinates tasks, plans field visits, manages the calendar, allocates workloads, reports to clients, and maintains constant communication with the crews. Most often, this is done manually — via messengers, notes, or spreadsheets.

This complicates oversight, consumes time, and creates a constant sense of pressure.

SadiControl solves this problem and allows the company to appear professional at all stages of garden management.
