Solution
SadiControl is a CRM system with a built-in AI assistant for automating document flow, providing real-time synchronization for the entire team.

Target audience
Our target consumer is the owner or manager of a landscaping company who creates gardens and takes responsibility for their ongoing maintenance. These are people who do not want to deny clients service after landscaping, but face difficulties in organizing the process.
The company may service anywhere from one to a hundred gardens. The team consists of one or more gardening crews who perform work at various sites daily. The owner or manager/supervisor coordinates tasks, plans field visits, manages the calendar, allocates workloads, reports to clients, and maintains constant communication with the crews. Most often, this is done manually — via messengers, notes, or spreadsheets.
This complicates oversight, consumes time, and creates a constant sense of pressure.
Our user is looking for a specialized tool with the most intuitive and user-friendly interface.

Landscaping specialist with over 15 years of experience. Founder of Sadi. In the project, responsible for the workflow logic of service teams, field visits, and maintenance standards.

Viktoriya Yaroschuk
Participates in app testing, coordinates communication with the testing team and developers, and records user comments and suggestions.
